Denver fashion week:
Guided by humanity’s
all-inclusive fashion show!
For the second year in a row, Guided By Humanity is putting Denver Fashion Week on the map for groundbreaking disability awareness and inclusion in the fashion industry. Last year was a fantastic success due to the support of the community, as well as the work of designers and models with lived experiences, who absolutely won our hearts and stole the show. This year, Guided By Humanity is producing the show, titled All Inclusive, and is featuring four designers on the runway including GBH’s signature “everyBODY” brand, designed by and for folks with disabilities.
This unforgettable event shines the spotlight on diversity, inclusion and disability awareness in a way that connects the fashion industry to local and national media, up and coming designers, savvy consumers, creatives, and fashionistas. The All Inclusive runway show celebrates a new vision and movement: fashion is for everyBODY.

INTRO TO TEACHING ADAPTIVE YOGA WORKSHOP
Learn the basics of teaching yoga to people with physical disabilities and mobility restrictions. Through greater awareness in your own practice, group exercises and hands-on experience you will learn about the principles of adaptive yoga, how to offer multiple asana variations and give safe/r support.
This training is ideal for certified yoga instructors or instructors in training. Licensed/certified healthcare professionals also welcome.

ALL ABILITIES YOGA WORKSHOP FOR YOGA INSTRUCTORS
All Abilities Yoga is geared to support students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a group setting.
- Learn Guided by Humanity’s All Abilities sequence that includes: breathing techniques, sound, mindfulness activities, social emotional skills, and accessible yoga poses for all
- Medical and anatomical considerations that will help keep students safe/r
- Practice and implement teaching accessible yoga poses to support a diverse group class setting
- This 24-hour workshop is for certified yoga instructors or those currently enrolled in a yoga teacher certification program. Licensed/certified healthcare professionals are also welcome.
