Learn the basics of teaching yoga to people with physical disabilities and mobility limitations. Through greater awareness in your own practice, group exercises and hands-on experience you will learn about the principles of adaptive yoga, how to offer multiple asana variations and give safe/r support.

Our All Abilities Yoga Workshop is for Yoga Teachers, Healthcare Professionals and Educators who want to support students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities through breath, sound, mindfulness and movement.
- Learn how to work with the nervous system to create optimal conditions for safety and learning
- Explore how trauma sensitive language can improve your communication and connection
- Learn medical considerations to support a wide range of needs and abilities
- Learn how Yoga philosophy can increase your awareness and create more compassionate connections
