We’re thrilled to travel to MAINE to announce a powerful opportunity to expand your practice and your heart.

This workshop is a TWO day 24-hour immersive experience with virtual learning opportunties and live discussions designed for certified yoga instructors, teacher trainees, and healthcare professionals working with those experiencing Intellecutal and/or Developmental disabilities.

Our All Abilities Yoga Workshop is for Yoga Teachers, Healthcare Professionals and Educators who want to support students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities through breath, sound, mindfulness and movement.

This workshop meets the requirements for Yoga Alliance continuing education credits.

Intro to Teaching Adaptive Yoga Workshop

Learn the basics of teaching yoga to people with physical disabilities and mobility limitations. Through greater awareness in your own practice, group exercises and hands-on experience you will learn about the principles of adaptive yoga, how to offer multiple asana variations and give safe/r support.
