What is Chair Yoga?
Chair yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga that allows participants to practice while seated or using a chair for support. It’s designed for people who experience limited mobility, chronic pain, or balance challenges, making yoga possible for everyone — no matter their ability or experience level.
At Guided By Humanity, our chair yoga classes are taught by trauma-informed instructors who emphasize safety, inclusivity, and empowerment. Every posture is adapted so you can move with confidence.
We offer chair yoga classes in-person at our Englewood studio on S Broadway (serving the Denver metro), at our Lakewood studio, and virtually online.
