Our Class Offerings

Adaptive Yoga

A supportive practice for people with physical or developmental disabilities, including those with mobility challenges, spinal cord injuries, or chronic health conditions. Adaptive yoga uses props, modifications, and personalized guidance to create safe, affirming movement for all.

Chair Yoga

Gentle, seated yoga for individuals with limited mobility, chronic pain, or those who use a wheelchair. Chair yoga focuses on flexibility, circulation, and relaxation while making yoga accessible to everyone.

Yoga for Amputees

Specialized classes for people with limb differences. These sessions emphasize balance, strength, and empowerment through trauma-informed movement. A supportive community environment helps participants gain confidence both on and off the mat.

All Abilities Yoga

A sensory-friendly, inclusive practice designed for neurodiverse individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome. Classes encourage self-expression, emotional regulation, and community connection. Caregivers are welcome to join.
